Example orga provides instant messaging chatrooms -
i.e. places to exchange text-based realtime messages.

Some chatrooms may be public - decided and advertised in each room.

Users can create a chat account and connect directly.
Anyone can connect indirectly
via servers part of the federated [Matrix] chat network.
