Introduction to using Homebase
As a user of Homebase you have been given a single "account".
You have received a password, that you MUST change before exploring Homebase with your account.
Choosing a good password
A good password is something impossible to guess, yet easy to remember.
- Don't use the name of your pet dog or anything else personal.
- Don't use plain words at all - mumbo jumbo goobledegop is much better
Think of a phrase - a poem or a song. Pick first letter of each word - that's often a great password.
Treating your password with care
Your password is strictly personal.
- Do not write it down.
- Do not ever pass it on to others - not to your father or teacher, and not to any technicical supporter.
No problem if you forget you password: We simply reset and provide you a new one.
